Before You Begin
Important Information
Please read the following notes before installing your CopperSmith lantern. All installations should be performed by a licensed professional.
- 1Gas lines for wall mount lanterns exit at a 90-degree angle from the bottom of the lantern into the wall.
- 2Pier mount and post fitter lanterns have gas valves extending from the bottom of the lantern into the column.
- 3Classic yoke mount lanterns feature gas lines that run through the lantern body and are clipped to the interior of the yoke.
- 4Electronic igniters operate on 120V — ensure proper electrical wiring is in place before installation.
- 5All-electric lanterns have black protective tubing running from the bottom of the lantern to the mount.
- 6Standard wall mount backplate dimensions: 5"(H) x 6"(W) x 1"(D).
- 7Do not install lanterns on flammable or heat-sensitive materials.
