Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you place an order, create an account, request a quote, apply to our trade program, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order and product-configuration details, and — for trade customers — business and tax-exemption information. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. We also collect certain information automatically as you browse — such as pages viewed, products configured, device and browser type, IP address, and referring URLs — through the cookies and similar technologies described below.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process, fulfill, and support your orders and quotes; create and manage your account; operate our product configurator and save your configurations; process payments and help prevent fraud; provide customer service; send order confirmations, shipping updates, and other transactional messages; and, where you have opted in, send marketing communications about new products and promotions. We also use aggregated analytics data to understand how the site is used and to improve our products, pricing, and shopping experience.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies — including browser local storage, pixels, and tags — to keep the site working, remember your cart and preferences, understand how the site is used, and support our marketing. We group them into three categories: (1) strictly necessary and functional technologies that power core features such as sign-in sessions, shopping-cart persistence, secure checkout, address autocomplete, and live customer-support chat; (2) analytics technologies that measure traffic and site performance; and (3) advertising technologies that help us and our partners measure and improve advertising. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, but disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site — including checkout — from working.
Analytics & Advertising Partners
We use third-party analytics and advertising services that may set their own cookies or receive information about your visit, including Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (website analytics and tag management), Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Pinterest (advertising measurement and audiences), where those services are enabled. Address autocomplete during checkout is provided by Google Maps Platform. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. Where required, you can opt out of certain advertising cookies through your browser controls, the providers' own settings, or industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out page.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor; depending on the checkout path, an order may also be completed through Shopify's hosted checkout. When you pay, your card details are transmitted directly to the payment processor over an encrypted connection — we do not receive or store full card numbers. The processor returns limited transaction data (such as confirmation status and the last four digits of the card) so we can manage your order.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business and only for that purpose, including: payment processing (Stripe, Shopify); order fulfillment and shipping (our warehouse and carriers, via ShipStation); email and marketing (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Resend); customer support (Zendesk); product reviews (Reviews.io); image hosting and delivery (Cloudinary); account authentication and site infrastructure; and the analytics and advertising partners listed above. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit, secure secrets management, payment processing through a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider, and role-based access controls that restrict customer data to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to promptly address any incident that may affect it.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, fulfill and support your orders, comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Your Rights & Choices
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information and opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — for example, California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below; we will not discriminate against you for doing so.
Children's Privacy
Our site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy & Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
