French Market Photo Submission Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• Open to individuals who have purchased and installed lighting products from French Market.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Employees of French Market and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. Submission:

• Submit up to five (5) photos of your installed French Market lighting.
• Photos must be original, in focus, and well-lit.
• Photos must be taken in a safe environment.
• By submitting, you confirm you have the right to share the photos and that they do not infringe on any third-party rights (e.g., privacy, copyright).

3. Content:

• Photos should showcase the French Market lighting in the best possible way.
• Photos must not contain inappropriate content (e.g., nudity, violence, hate speech).\
• French Market reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet these guidelines.

4. Gift Card Reward:

• Upon approval of your submission, you will receive a $25 Visa/Mastercard gift card.
• Limit one gift card per household.
• Gift card distribution method will be communicated to approved participants.

5. Photo Usage Rights:

• By submitting photos, you grant French Market a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display the photos in any media or format now known or later developed.  
• This includes the right to use the photos for marketing, advertising, social media, website content, and other promotional purposes.

6. Liability:

• French Market is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected submissions.
• French Market is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the terms and conditions.

7. Disputes:

• Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of [Your State/Province].

8. Acceptance:

• By submitting photos, you agree to these terms and conditions.

9. Modifications:

• French Market reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.
