The Belmont is available in Natural Gas, Propane (LP), and Electric configurations. Gas lanterns use CSA-certified burners, while electric options include LED flame simulation modules for a realistic flickering effect.

The Belmont is covered by CopperSmith's Limited Lifetime Warranty on the copper lantern body and valves. Steel and aluminum components are covered for 5 years, glass panels and electronic components for 1 year. Natural patina development is a characteristic of solid copper and is not a defect.
